This weekend was pretty intense. It was full of muscles and moving on Saturday where my husband and I finally moved into our own place! It was an exhausting day but we are in. Now, comes the unpacking. I keep telling myself that this time it’ll be different. I will unpack with some kind of methodical plan. I will purge unnecessary things and create more open space instead of clutter.
I’m still working on it.
I made it through a fair number of boxes over the weekend to just get the kitchen in working order. Finding items I haven’t seen in over two years was sort of like Christmas morning. I remember these plates! I love these plates! And wedding gifts that never came out of boxes because we knew we were moving to far off places and figured that Crate & Barrel boxed ’em up for shipping so why not just keep them in their original packaging.
Now onto the bedroom boxes…
